Get started by following these simple steps:

1. BookLog in or sign up on your KAHON.PH account. Select a service and book your preferred date and time. Give us up to 48 hours to process and confirm your booking.

2. Pack – Our Spacemakers will help securely pack your items. If you’d like to personally pack, we can deliver your KAHON orders and pick-up when ready.

3. Move – We’ll arrive at your pick-up location on the scheduled day and time. Your packed KAHON will be documented before handing over to our Spacemakers.

4. Store – You’re all set! We will transport your items immediately to our storage facilities. Access and view your items on your KAHON.PH account’s online dashboard.

5. Return – Need us to send something back? Log in to your KAHON.PH account and request a return date and time. Give us up to 48 hours to process and confirm the return schedule.

Kahon.ph warehouse facilities are located in NCR, Taguig, Taytay, Mandaluyong, and Pampanga.

Don’t worry if your location is not on the list. We provide hassle-free transportation services by offering door-to-door item pickup and delivery. Just give us a lead time of 48 hours before your preferred date.

To ensure the safety of our staff and clients, our warehouse facilities are restricted to the public but we offer virtual warehouse visits wherein we can send over photos of our warehouse. If you still would like to do a physical site visit, you may send a request to [email protected] at least 48 hours before your preferred date of visit.

Storage

We have KAHON (By-the-Box Storage), perfect for small to medium size items. It’s a high-quality propylene box with two tamper-proof security seals. It comes in three sizes that fit an assortment of items.

If you need more than a few boxes to store your items, go for KWARTO – our By-the-Space Storage option.

Storage rates start at Php 250 for KAHON and Php 1,788 for 2SQM KWARTO. Head over to our KAHON and KWARTO Services page to see the full list of our rates. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

The min. storage period for KAHON is 3 months, while for KWARTO is 1 month. If you wish to store for a shorter time, you may, but you must cover the amount of the minimum storage period.

You can store anything as long as it’s not illegal, dangerous, perishable, or can possibly put items stored in our facility at any undue risk of contamination. Kindly check our Rules and Regulations for more details. Please note that Spacemakers may refuse to pack items that do not conform to our Rules and Regulations.

Yes, packing materials are priced at Php 100 per SQM which includes stretch film, bubble wrap, and packaging tape. Other materials are also available upon request.

We maintain Standard Insurance to cover the loss of your items, earthquake, typhoon, and flood, during the time we transport and store them for you.

 

KAHON: Our maximum amount of liability per KAHON is five thousand pesos (P5,000.00) or the value of your items, whichever is lower, and additional insurance coverage can be availed for Php 20 per KAHON.

 

KWARTO: The maximum amount of liability per SQM is ten thousand pesos (P10,000.00) or the value of your items, whichever is lower.

 

You may avail of supplemental insurance to augment such coverage only at the time you fulfill your order. We rely on your honest and accurate description of the items we will store for you in the Inventory Sheet.

Labor

Our Spacemakers can help securely pack, sort, and label your items. If you’d like to personally pack, we can deliver your KAHON orders and pick-up when ready.

Transportation

We provide hassle-free transportation services with door-to-door item pickup and delivery. Just give us a lead time of 48 hours before your preferred date.   

We offer a FREE KAHON pick-up. However, Returns will be charged a fee. Transportation fees will be charged per trip, based on: quantity and type of vehicle. If you provide your own transportation, this fee will be waived.

KAHON Pickup
If you can pack your items in under 20 minutes after we deliver empty KAHON to your location, we can wait and transfer them immediately to the warehouse on the same day. If you need more time to pack, you may schedule another pick up date through the online dashboard.

 

KWARTO Pickup
On the day of your scheduled pickup, our Spacemakers will provide additional safety measures to double-check the safety of your packed items, take an inventory, and load the items onto the vehicle/s before we transfer your items to our warehouse facility. Do not forget to prepare the necessary permits (e.g. gate pass) to allow our Spacemakers to enter your premises.

Yes, just provide your representative’s contact information before the date of your scheduled appointment.

We charge a no-show penalty starting at Php 1,000 for KAHON and Php 3,000 for KWARTO.

If you need something back, just log in to your KAHON.PH account and request a return date and time. Give us up to 48 hours to process and confirm the return schedule.

Please give us 2 days notice to prepare your items and return them to you.

 

For short-notice requests, please contact your Account Manager by sending an email to [email protected]. If your request is approved by our logistics team, kindly note that we charge an additional rush fee for orders that need to be fulfilled in less than 48 hours.

 

Rush fees are as follows:
KAHON: ₱500.00/order
KWARTO: ₱1,000.00/order

Yes, you may change your subscription. Just contact your Account Manager to process your request.

If you wish to cancel your subscription, schedule an item return through the online dashboard.

Once all items have been returned, we’ll automatically cancel your subscription. Please note that you have to pay the remaining months of your subscription if you cancel before the initial subscription end date.

We accept payments via Bank Transfer (BPI and Unionbank), Paymongo, Paypal, and Xendit.

All KWARTO subscribers are required to pay a 50% down payment of their cost estimate before their order is confirmed. The payment will be credited to their first invoice. For KAHON subscriptions, payment for a minimum of 3 months is required to confirm the order.

All new subscribers are required to pay a security deposit before you can proceed with your storage subscription. This is equivalent to one (1) month of the total storage billing. The security deposit is subject to change, only if the customer increases their total storage occupancy. This will be refunded back to the customer when they end their subscription.

The security deposit will be refunded, given that these conditions are met:

 

1. No outstanding balance/payments at the end of your subscription.

2. No violations of terms and conditions of storage agreement.

 

The security deposit can either be returned in full, or be used to cover any additional fees incurred upon the termination of the storage agreement. It will be refunded via bank transfer, and within 30 days after the customer ends their subscription.

We’ll be sending a reminder of your payment due date every month, if you miss a due date for a certain amount of attempts, we may need to auction off your items to pay for arrears. For more info, please read our Rules & Regulation or contact us at [email protected]

For every unpaid invoice amount, there is a 3% late fee computed daily OR Php 100 per day for a maximum of P1,000 per month.
